So, Freeze Yer Gizzard is out entirely and I am thinking only KeeMan will be doing the Securian race. Hopefully I will be back to running by February 1st so I can get ready to take a shot at 2:49 in Boston...

Mine said 4 to 6 weeks no running. Pffffft! I am sure he is wrong. Roll eyes

I got fitted yesterday with an 'ultra-sling'. It has a soft pad that holds my forearm away from my body. Maybe I can run in it and just waggle my shoulder carriage instead of swing my arms. Big grin
