Hi Ilene, Happy New Year to you and Mr. Forward.
Our next race is a 4 mile Couples Relay on 2/7/15 in Tucson, Az.
My race this weekend is actually Frosty's 5 and 10 (Screamin Snowman is next month) and I decided to do the 5 miler instead of 10 because it's a RRCA state championship smf yjr entry fee was $10 less.
And it turns out the the XC race at the end of the month is 4K, not 6K.
I'm going to Tallahassee in March to be with the Annabelle and Riley during Annabelle's spring break so you can remove me from the Hawaii half (which the odds were against from day 1).

Looks like a Sunday marathon is going to work out beore flying back to Seattle next week (via a one day stopover in Honolulu, just enough time to climb Damond Head, . . . i hope.

the nice people who brought me over to Japan think it would be better for me to join them for a working lunch on Sunday than run a marathon up Mt Oyama so I'll be getting brain exercise instead of physical. I'm just grateful I can be over here being a bit of assistance every once-in-a-whle over here, . . . and my stocmach dosn't mind a bit either. . \
