Knoxville Tennessee Marathon week...
M - 9.6 m.
T - 10 m. 8:09 pace. Last 5 miles all under 8 min mile.
W - 8.1 miles easy.
T - 8.5 miles ez pace.
F - 3 m. Tapering for Sunday.
S - 5 m.
S - 26.2 miles. Marathon PR..
Total - 70.4

Hopefully this week goes well. I think I am making progress on getting this leg put together.
Not going to post a plan again, but I'm shooting for about 50 miles again this week. Thanks!
M - 5.2 Easy
T - 1.6 warmup, 4 miles tempo (7:20, 7:16, 7:04, 6:50), 1.6 cooldown.
W - 6.1 Easy... Leg complaining a bit, but eventually warmed up and was ok.
T - 9.4 Medium Hard. Windy and Hilly.
F - 5.2 Easy - Windy, leg not real happy. :-/
S - 13.2 Long - Leg ok, felt good second half.
S - 1.9 Easy - Leg not happy... :-(

Very happy with how my training is going as I have a 15k this weekend, which is a great race distance for me. Even if the hard work doesn't translate to a PR, good running is its own reward. Okay, I lied. I really want to PR.

Not this week. Catch a cold after the 50k. Working this weekend so the long run is out.
