Today is Ron Hill's 70th birthday he is well known in the UK as he competed internationally many years ago and also produced a lot of clothing. Anyway he's just been on the radio as to celebrate he's got a 5km tonight in his honour, now here is the wierd bit he has run everyday without fail since December 1964 ( yes sixty four ) really makes me feel quite young.
