Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

51:37...not a good run. Ran out of energy and my right calf started getting really tight.
Sore calf...sorry...I'll need another pass this week.

Thanks Holly!
I am dropping to 30 miles a week. I will be lurking in the background.
Run until the trail runs out.

Still in lurk mode too. Doing weights and abs, very little running and may buy a road bike soon.

suffering from a rather severecold all week. Saturday was niceand cool, 58 degrees or so, butI could not go faster than 12:30min/mile.Sunday was much warmer, 82F and humid.I will probably take Monday off, we'll see
I did 45 mile mostly recovery last week.
But on Saturday the rain let up for a few hours and so I did hill reps (6X 2:45 with 2 min recovery) on a side street near where I live. 12.5 in Boulder on Sunday, with snow!
