            Thanks Holly. In once more.

It all finally caught up with me - need a pass. 23.3 and I finally took a day off after 294 straight days. Ugh.

            Consistently Slow

              Thanks Holly!

I am dropping to 30 miles a week. I will be lurking in the background.

Run until the trail runs out.

Still in lurk mode too.  Doing weights and abs, very little running and may buy a road bike soon.

                  suffering from a rather severe
cold all week. Saturday was nice
and cool, 58 degrees or so, but
I could not go faster than 12:30min/mile.
Sunday was much warmer, 82F and humid.
I will probably take Monday off,
                  we'll see

I did 45 mile mostly recovery last week.

But on Saturday the rain let up for a few hours and so I did hill reps (6X 2:45 with 2 min recovery) on a side street near where I live. 12.5 in Boulder on Sunday, with snow!
