Tuesday: Rest and travel, XT in Napa
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: Test run, nope not ready; .5 mile walk
Friday: 4.1 EZ miles, .3 mile walk
Saturday: Midnight Sun Run 10k (48:15)
Sunday: 4.1 EZ miles, .5 mile walk
Totals: 40.6 miles run including a marathon and a 10k, and almost 2 miles of EZ walking
