Mon.....3 miles..........3 miles Tues....9 miles..........9 miles Wed.....rest............rest Thurs....rest............rest Frid......6 miles.........6 miles Sat.......18 miles.......18 miles Sun......rest............rest Total 36 miles weekly personal best deez4, I use M-S. If I'm doing long runs, there usually on a Sunday and I just like to end the week with a LR instead of begin the week. But it really should be your preference. Doesn't really matter, though....whatever works best for you.

                  Hi everyone, thanks Gordon. No run last Sunday, cause I came down with the flu. Mon.....no swim class, thanks to flu Tue.....home with the flu Wed....back at work, but not well enough to put in a run as well. Still a bad cough. Thu.....60min swim class. YES!! Fri........nada Sat......8.4K run, LB and UB strength endurance incl. abs and an impromptu 15K bike ride Sun.....23.6K and a 12K bike ride Deez4, I'm European, so my week starts on Monday. Plus Sundays is when I have time for a couple of hours of running (I'm sloooooow) and I like to end my week with a long run.

                              A good day in Feb wipes out the memory of too many TM days. Sun really shines but air is nicely cool. Monday-3 TM mi Tues-strength training and ball/core classes Wed-4.5 cold windy mi, but OUTDOORS Thur-strength work, ball/core class AM; PM-yoga Fri-5.5 beautiful snowy mi Sun-yoga class Summary: 13 mi plus stuff
