            Trails are hard!

              WOW, are they flying!!  Wicked nice start.

              Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

               

                A bit off topic - Shalane Flanagan has led the Women's Marathon leaders through the Half in 1:09:24 - well under the record pace!

                            I'm tracking some of my local runner friends and they are doing so well also. One guy is projected at 2:35 or so! David's coach is projected at 3:20.
