Sorry I'm late getting this started! It's tIme to post your monthly miles for October, along with any PRs, AG awards, and other fun stuff you did! Awards for most miles, fewest miles, average, median, cool totals, and prime numbers.
Golden Gate Canyon State Park:
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.
Thanks birthday sister!

Thanks, Carolyn. Happy October to you, too.
142.5 miles this month. Another greatest total month and longest training run at 18.25 miles. I might even be in the running for average for the first time ever. Exciting!
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.
Carolyn, that looks familiar, is that where we ran a couple years ago?
October was just a couple miles more than September, but still short of my 200 mile monthly goal. I might need to let that go for a few months, I suppose.

Ummm...well...no races...and ummm...not a whole lot of running...hey--maybe I'll get a fewest miles award...an award is an award.
OCT: 60
YTD: 2018
Thanks wild!
Thanks for posting the monthly mileage thread.
Due to (placeholder while I look for some dang excuse) my monthly mileage was less than 50% of September's. Yet all is not dreary as I hit prime numbers for both monthly and annual mileage totals and am at least in the running for lowest total.
53 miles for October, 659 for 2014.
That said, every one of them is precious. I ran 53 more miles than I would have had I never gotten off of the sofa 13 years ago.
