      Hey all -

Well I'm back from vacation & now am really going to figure out the balance in life.. single mom, girlfriend & my stuff (including running).  Well, I went out for a run this morning & well mostly walking.  It was pretty warm, so I'm hoping its was mostly that. well one could hope!  Anyway, think it was somewhere between 2-3 miles.  Neck is a little tight, so know I need to get to the gym too.

More life changes soon.. jobwise this time.  Fingers crossed that this goes well. It not, I may have tons of time for running soon.

      How is everyone doing now?

        ...Good Luck RIN//........sorry,

managed to mess up my back last week  (uh-oh)

Linda, glad youre back to running. Hope you like the new job. I am jealous. I want a new job too. My suggestions...run, walk, gym, pool and hot tub all might help. Did you try yoga?

What is run walk move car?

                      Tom, hows the leg?

I am running mostly pain free. Did a 10k a few weeks ago. Slow 1 hour 11 mins. But in my defense there is a huge hill on it thats like running up the steep side of a mountain for half mile. Most runners walk it.
