Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Note: HM went well and I was able to run faster than I projected - by over 5 minutes. I'm not where I was before the problems of this past year; but I'm close enough see there's hope. Yay running!
Don't make excuses for why you can't get it done.
Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.

Hey, I can post here again! Finally broke out of my trend of just 39 miles for the last couple weeks with a whopping 42.5 miles for the week that just ended. And as of this week I'm back working with my coach in Colorado again, so I'll definitely be putting in a decent amount in the weeks and months ahead. Thanks for keeping this thread going, Holly.
who says life doesn't have a soundtrack?
Thanks, Holly!
