3 x 15 pushups yesterday - 3 x 60 second weighted arm swings today.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
last night I did 3 x 15 pushups with crunches in between each set.
still trying to come up with something different for November . . .

4 x 1:15 of arm swings and 4 x 100 crunches.
How about alternating squats and crunches on odd days and pull-ups and planks on even days...just a thought.
would there be any way to modify a pull-up if you don't have equipment?
