Sun - 7 easy miles Total - 48.3 - This heat is really taking a toll on me, with trying to run more milles with speed work Angry

Running has given me the courage to start, the determination to keep trying, and the childlike spirit to have fun along the way - Run often and run long, but never outrun your Joy of running!

What two words should never go together? Give up? Post-marathon and plan. So here is my "plan" for the week: run if I can and sit around and mope otherwise! I will certainly need a free pass this week. Either that or somebody should put me in a straight jacket! Big grin Holly, as always, nice of you to run this thread. P.S. Boy are you quick out of the gate this week! It is only Monday night and the totals are already up! Get well soon.

Thanks Holly. It was a recovery week last week-no real speed work-all back to base. Here's this week-subject to change due to a tight left hammie bothering me and being at the VT100 this weekend supporting Jack.
