Thanks, Ilene. Do short courses count? I ran a 5K in 21:20, which might have been 21:38 if I had run another 0.04 miles at the pace I was running at the end. AG 55-59.

thank you ilene. I'm probably going to need some oddball distances too. Maybe the 28.8 mini-ultra in June or 34 miles up Mt. Spokane in July? Now don't let so much typing complicate your recovery so you can get in the listings too. Smile

That 5 mile chart is looking pretty empty. Now's my chance to get on there before the St. Pat's races in March when all the fast runners come out. Also, have what will be a very short-lived 5K time for the board, too. 50-55 age group 5K - 23:40 5 Mile - 38:16 Paul

Ilene, This looks like the most difficult of all the tracking threads I've seen so far far and I wouldn't blame you for bagging it. 8k in 31:25 for me on Saturday, which would translate to 31:37 for full 5 miles. I think the 8k is more commonly raced than 5 miles in most areas, but it's pretty easy to translate back and forth using one of the calculators.

Age 60 plus best times: 5k 19:00, 10k 38:35, 10m 1:05:30, HM 1:24:09, 30k 2:04:33

Hi Ilene, Thanks for putting this together! It's great to start getting a sense of how strong our group is in different age groups, and across different distances. As tempted as I might be to throw my times into the mix, it wouldn't be fair or right to ask you to set up a racewalking division for one person. So I'll just enjoy looking at and celebrating my fellow members' successes. You don't have to thank me, but if you insist, a nice chardonnay, a caviar pie, and the appropriate crackers would be right tasty! Wink
