        Too much snow to let the horses out which meant over six hours in the barn and no hours running.

        A nice slow slog on the snowmobile trail in the new snow; wanted to do at least 12 but the better part of valor made me turn around at the 5-mile mark.  Good thing too, I was beat when I finished.

            I am trying to resolve a pain in my right hip/glute. Lots of stretching, foam rolling, and lower mileage this week should do it.
