Hey Masters, it's the end of July! Time to post your monthly miles, and any PRs, AG awards, and anything else you'd like to share about your running or biking or swimming or training! Hope you all had a greta month. Awards given for most miles, fewest miles, average, median, prime numbers, cool totals, and anything else that I feel like. I always love seeing what everyone's been up to.
This is a picture from my trail run last weekend, in the Indian Peaks Wilderness, taken by my friend John. I'm at the front of the group - doesn't happen often! I'm glad I found this ultra group to run and train with - nice folks.
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.
Just a dude.

One race back on July 4th. Ran a down hill road mile (that must have been a bit short) in 4:58. Was 18th overall and 1st over 40.

43 miles for July, one of the months during which I traditionally take two weeks off from training. 43 feels like a prime number to me. One nice thing about lower mileage is shoes last for 6 months or more.
Hi wild
103 miles for July
644 miles for the year to date
