Marathon Maniac #3309
Running has given me the courage to start, the determination to keep trying, and the childlike spirit to have fun along the way - Run often and run long, but never outrun your Joy of running!
No offense.
Holly, I resent the invite to you. Look for it in your yahoo email. I also resent it to Tim, Mike, SRLopez and Ekie.
I also resent it to Tim, Mike, SRLopez and Ekie.
I did not get this.
Ultima tastes like failure.

I will try to send again tomorrow. Now I am off to Seattle for son's commencement.

I got it! Thanks!
But have no time to read right now - off to the vet for heartworm testing on both dogs so I can re-up on their meds.

Can I be sent an invite to the group too?

I never received a final confirmation email.

1. I haven't received the email either. But they have lots to send out, so they probably send them out in stages.
2. Don't sweat the email. It shouldn't be blank, though. At every other Elite event I've done, including SD three weeks ago, they sent a REGULAR MAIL (not "e") confirm a couple weeks before the event. Check your mailboxes. It'll have your number and your corral number. You need to bring this piece of paper with you to get your packet. It serves as your release of liability, which you will sign when you get your stuff.
If you don't get the email (or it is screwed up) and don't get the snail mail (or lose it), you are not out of luck.
A week before the race, they'll put a link on their website and you can download another copy.
It'll be ok.
Just got my confirmation email and corral number: 13. Who's in there with me..?
I just heard from Aamos - she says HI to everyone. She's been super duper swamped, busy, stressed at work and hasn't been able to check in here.
eta: I went to the website and pulled up my confirmation sheet. I'm in corral 17.
I feel like an official cattle now!
SRL -- the email said they're only sending the confirmations electronically. When I first printed it out none of my information appeared. I then thought it might be a Firefox issue, so I reopened it in Safari and there was my info.
BTW, I sent email to rnrseattle@eliteracing.com about the browser issue, but I doubt I will hear back.
I am 2061, so I am in corral 2.
Dave, if you want to move back, you do NOT need to visit the corral change booth. You only need to do that if you want to move up.
one thing I find surprising is they are adamant that your bib has to be picked up in person. that seems to me an undue hardship for many. Had Arf been able to make it, it is unlikely she would have been in town in time for the expo.
Heck, even Boston has procedures for bibs to be picked up by family or friends.
