Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Dennis, that sounds very laid back! "Might" do the marathon. Good luck if you do.
I'll have to play it by ear a bit, due to work commitments but the plan originally called for...

warmest day of the year so far and very humid; skipped the tempo miles
Be safe. Be kind.
Hi Holly and the Gang! I've been thinking of joining you for a while...so I'll give it a go and see if I can keep up. Naturally I'm starting with an unusual week. One where I'm going on a trail running vacation! Training for it had led me to several 50 mile weeks! Never thought I'd ever see that, but I came away unscathed. Onward and upward! Here's what this week will look like.
Day Plan Done
Tues 6 mi 6 mi
Fri 12-15 12 mi trail
Sat 12-15 16.5 mi trail
Sun 12-15 12 mi trail
(Won't be online to update again until next Tuesday.)
Hi! Back from vacation. My total for the week was: 46.5 mi
Don't make excuses for why you can't get it done.
Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.
Thanks, Holly! Tie Dye 32-miler sounds cool.
Back in after a "recovery" week ... or two.
