Totals: 3 sessions of weights, 20 min cycling, 19 miles of walkng

There ya go, Dove. This is a great place to see all that you CAN do when you're not running. I'm the poster child for that stuff... Take care and I hope the ankle clears up quickly. That seems to be my problem lately... I sprain my ankle or aggravate tendons there far too easily.

Monday: 5.4 miles run @ 8:24... a little too fast after yesterday's hills; .4 mile walk c/d
Tuesday: 5.1 miles run @ 8:21 avg, .2 mile walk c/d
Wednesday: Work enforced rest day: no time for anything!
Thursday: 1.7 on the stationary bike, 1.7 miles on the treadmill... too hot and crowded, I gave up!
Friday: 8.4 miles @ 8:21 avg pace outside (yay!), .4 mile walk c/d
Saturday: 10.6 miles @ 8:18 avg pace, .4 mile walk
Sunday: 15.2 miles run, .2 mile walk
Totals: 46.5 miles running, a little stationary bike and walking but no elliptical. First time for that in awhile.
