Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

43 miles and a lot of snow. Felt right at home for the week.
Did one snowy workout on Tuesday (about 8 miles with 11 min tempo, followed by 5X 1 min surges) on trails, snowy XC race (USATF championships) on Saturday (26th OA, 8th masters, 3rd in 55-59), and a nice longish run on Sunday (a little over 13) with clear skies and several inches of snow on the ground.
