      Thanks Holly!  Well...here's the scheduled plan for the week... but it's not going to go as planned with Good Friday and Easter...but, we'll see how it goes.  Oh--and I guess I have a meeting at church on Tuesday.

                  I was in Anaheim, CA all week, except today.

                  Running on concrete at 6am in the morning sucks.

                  I could not find any trails or parks nearby.

                  Hotel treadmill was worse, as it did something to my

                  lower back.
