Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Tweaked my hammy just a bit on the trail run. Not sure what was up. Was running and everything was good, but it started hurting with a mile to go. I tried to stretch it and it didn't matter. So I shut it down, walked it in, and took Sunday off. Hoping it is good next week.

but some runs were good. on Tuesday
ran in Central Park, late around 10pm
and it was cold too, so very few people
there. but it was peaceful and beautiful
