First Monday in weeks I actually managed to get a run in!

        Tuesday

        8 miles

        9.5 miles

Nice hilly run around Massabesic Lake in a not so nice winter rain.

        Wednesday

        8 miles

        8 miles

This time I went for a run *before* I gave blood (yes folks, he can be taught).  Getting spring fever; today was my fourth in the last five that was warm enough to run in shorts.

        Thursday

        8 miles

        10 miles

Lots of folks seem to have made New Year's resolutions to start running; today we had not two but three corporate group runs so we could accommodate all of our newbies; the last two (for me) kind of blended together; the rest of the supporting cast changed.  Smile

        Friday

        8 miles

        10 miles

Wow, 37°F, sunny, and no wind; what's not to like?  This sure is a strange January what with the Polar Inversion, and now almost spring like weather.

        Saturday

        8 miles

        12 miles

Snow!  There was an easy two inches when I got to the trail head, and a good seven when I finished.  I fell hard on some ice at mile two, took it easy but still fell hard twice more within a hundred yards of the six mile mark.  I followed my footsteps on the way back so I could see where the ice was.  I'm thinking I'm going to be sore tomorrow.

        Sunday

        8 miles

        6 miles

Wifey talked me into a short six-miler with her out on the snowmobile trail.  Smile
