Wow, another week already... It's still cold here. This is beyond getting old. But, it looks like we might get a bit of a break this weekend. Maybe an outdoor run?
Monday: 3 miles elliptical, 10 mins abs/core, 5.1 miles run, .8 mile walk
Tuesday: 7.2 miles run, .7 mile walked
Wednesday: 2.3 miles elliptical, .3 mile walk, 15 minutes U/B weights
Thursday: 5.2 mile hilly run OUTSIDE!!, .3 mile walk
Friday: 3.5 easy miles on the TM, .5 mile walk
Saturday: 6.1 miles outside, .3 mile walk
Sunday: 10.5 hilly miles, .45 mile walk
Totals: 37.7 miles run, 5.3 miles elliptical, 3.3 miles walking, 25 minutes weights
It's still cold here. This is beyond getting old.
Isn't it always cold in Alaska in the winter? Isn't that kinda like saying, "I got wet when I went swimming today." (just joshin' ya. )
Hey, on December 4 when I ran that soggy cold marathon in Dallas Texas, it was 41° with rain and wind. Here at home, on that same day, it was 41° and light rain, no wind. I think it was nicer here! It really sucks though when so much of the country is having such an incredible warm winter (no snow in MN???) while we're freezing our arses off up here.
