Thanks Carolyn, I 'll add my teeny miles 29.1 running (so little cause I spent most of the time biking 469 miles)

thanks from me too, Carolyn. wtg everyone! welcome to the new guys... not much time or memory so I'll skip names for now. but it's nice to have you here. Hi Sue!!!! I've been wondering about you. I was hoping for my first 100 mile month, should have been easy but I had to take a week off for some injuries that kept getting worse ... ignoring them isn't working & it's supposed to be foolproof! Confused

Anyway, 85.4 miles for October. might be 433.55 for the year (give or take Wink

) but I really don't know. Jan-April was still in the hamstring injury phase, & there may be some undocumented tiny runs in there. maybe it's 436. -). I did have a distance pr on a long run of 12 miles.
