Holly - I will probably be below that 40 mark for another couple of weeks too and will report back in when I get the mileage up again. Hanging in around 30 right now. Enjoying the downtime, but watching the scale. Thanks PJ

That was a very speedy half-marathon, I note......any truth in the rumour you are running VCM? I'm planning on it, thought it'd be fun to have a coffee (or Ben & Jerry's) with any RAers around. grins, A

Aamos....love that 3:39 minute ~ 9sec/mile pace for your marathon PR Big grin I'm thinking about taking a drive up to Burlington to watch the race...perhaps volunteer. I have to check the schedule and check with my social coordinator Wink I'll keep you posted. Ben & Jerry's Coffee Heathbar Crunch is a big draw for me!

Thanks Holly! (total 54 miles and time to taper again)
-2009 running goals - sub-3 after Boston (probably VCM), 3 PRs, 2009 miles for the year, and no untreated injuries

A very good week for me even with some missed miles. Had my second fastest mile ever and a half marathon PR (technically -- I have run faster for 13.1 in the middle of a 25k -- but this was a tougher course).
