M - 11.3 m. Recovery paced jog tonight. Leg's tired from the 1/2 m on Saturday.
T - 9.7 m. - finish sept with 227.2 miles.
W - 8.7 m.
T - 8.4 m.
F - off.
S - 9 m.
S - 20.1 m.
Total - 67.2 m this week.
Just a dude.
I'm in. I have a 5k race Saturday, so will probably have a few fewer miles than recently.

Thanks Dennis. I'm really glad the thread is up because I need to organize my runs this week, juggling work and travel. The hay is in the barn but I'll go completely mental if I don't get in a few more runs. I'm very grateful to be able to run with a very talented runner (when I can slow her down), Allison, who won first female and 2nd overall in the recent half marathon with a time of 1:41:07.
Monday.....5 miles easy + 5 strides.....................................................done-5.3
Tuesday....short MP run......................................................................done-3.7
Wed.......warm up + MP run + cool down....................................an old friend was in town so no run
Thurs....4 miles easy at lunch, then hit the road after work.................2.6, mostly on the desert trails
Friday....rest (walk a couple of miles after I park near the finish)........done
