Thursday OMG it's Almost Swimsuit Season! Weightloss Thread Week 3 (Read 290 times)

    I'm thinking about getting my resting metabolic rate tested. Anyone ever do this? Seems like a real PITA to find someplace which does it anywhere near me. One dealer replied with a list of folks 100 miles away. Confused I guess I could start calling around, but am not even sure where to start to get a "hit" sooner rather than later.

    Consistently Slow

      I don"t do swimsuits but I lost 12 lbs in the last 2 months. Now I am 2lbs below my desired running weight. DW says she will be very displeased if I lose any more weight.

      Run until the trail runs out.

        May 1 - 168 lbs. May 8 - 166.5 lbs. May 15 - 167.5 lbs. Up a pound. Sigh.
