M - 8 M. TM. Hills Pyramid workout. Easy 9:15 pace.
T - 9.3 m. - Hansons Strength Intervals: 1 m. w/u. 5K @ 7:30; 5K @ 7:24; 2.1 m. @ 7:24.
W - Scheduled OFF Day
T - 8.5 @ 10 seconds over GMP. Slight asthma thing tonight.
F - 7 m. TM. Rolling Hills Level 3 program. 9:10 pace.
S - 9.5 EZ. Easier then I wanted. Sluggish today.
S - 13.
Total - 55.3 this week.

(sheepishly popping in to post at last minute)
Ended up with 43, mostly dialed back miles. I was just tired through most of the week. But got in 7.5 and 12.5 miles of trail running in Fort Collins and Boulder over the weekend.
