    An even later post to report XT at the gym... 36 minutes on elliptical, .75 mile walking, 35 minutes of weights and abs. Felt good... always feels so good to get back to weights, I don't know why I don't do it more often. Oh yeah, I know... usually means a trip to the gym which used to be a daily thing for me but now I come home to run most days. Used to be a real gym rat... Got down to 6% body fat, real chiseled looking... tired a lot, cold all the time, ah yes, I remember why I quit. Still like to get back in there every now and then and surprise the young 20-something grunting guys at what an old lady can lift... heheh.
