    Okay, Here's the totals as I see them... Dutchie42-32K running + 27K biking + swimming...nice week evanflein-45.6 miles...Arizona Dreamin' evryday-36 miles...Weekly PR!!! JJJesse-some walking,but not feeling well... lyndenrunner-50.5 miles...base building continues marathon derrick-29 miles?...please add for me as I'm math challenged + lots o liftin' nowor-13 miles + stuff...even some outdoor miles...excellent pfriese-26.8 miles + a few extra rest days...take'em seemomgo-26 miles...another greta week SteveP-20.46 miles inc. 5K snow shoe race...sweeeet!! tetsujin209-1Hour swim + tapering Nice job people,let's keep at it...

          Thanks, Gordon! This week will wrap up in AZ after the relay, so won't be able to update final stuff till Monday... Monday: Cleaning, sorting, filing and packing... up too late. Tuesday: 5.4 w 2@10k pace (7:30) Wednesday: 10 Thursday: Rest Day (if you call an all day foray on a plane "rest") Friday: 4.7 miles in first relay leg, plus w/u Saturday: 13.2 miles total in second (6.8 miles) and third (6.4 miles) legs Sunday: Schedule says 20, but we'll see what happens... (early afternoon flt home)

            Great job Gordon. Mon...45 min swim class. Was great. Tue...45min of endurance strength training (upper body) and 10 min of abs. Should've gone out for a run after work, but needed the bathroom like every 20 minutes. Huh? Wed..7.12K interval run on the TM. Thu...swim class was cancelled due to school break (kids had free play in the pool all week) Fri.....10.4K easy run with the doggies. It was gorgeous this morning. Sat....10.5K tempo on TM, plus UB endurance strength and abs ofcourse. Sun..26.4K fighting winds of 38-50km/h (25-31mph) with gusts up to 70km/h (45mph). And I run through fields and on dikes. I'm pooped.

                    thnax lynden - too bad you couldn’t’ve run the half mary to see what this season’s benchmarks are though. 0 running this week again but had annual 33 mile Chilly Hilly cycling with divechief and his bike. Longer daylight seems to be stirring urges to do something other than taper so took four fitness/exercise walks along the waterfront enjoying sunrise/sunsets. Sunday (2/24): 33 miles (Chilly Hilly - bike; w/divechief) - done Monday (2/25): taper Tuesday (2/25): sunrise/sunset walks (4mi ea) @ 15m/m ultra pace - done Wednesday (2/25): taper Thursday (2/25): sunrise walk (4mi) @ 15m/m ultra pace - done Friday (2/25): taper : sunrise walk (4mi) @ 15m/m ultra pace - done Saturday (3/1): taper ---------------------------------- <.> </.>
