I'm in. Thanks Holly. This should be the 48th week of hitting 40x40 for 2014.
M - 9 m. total. 5.9 EZ in the cold rain followed by a 5K on a TM in 25:05. + XT.
T - 8 m. TM. Rolling Hills Level 2. 8:30 pace. + XT.
W - 10 miles. 7:45 pace.
T - Scheduled Off
F - 7 m. TM. Rolling Hills Level 3. 9:09 pace since I have a race in the morning.
S - 11 m. Hills / Trail Race - 9:00 pace.
S - 3 m. EZ.
Total - 48 miles

after two days off I suddenly felt very good
on Wednesday and ended up running
a bit faster than normal, with
miles 6 and 7 at 6:40 pace. Saturday
and Sunday runs were more realistic,
closer to 9 min pace and everything hurting
again.
