I'm really late to the week, but I am still going to try to get there. My schedule and motivation have been terrible lately... :-/

after two days off I suddenly felt very good

on Wednesday and ended up running

a bit faster than normal, with

miles 6 and 7 at 6:40 pace. Saturday

and Sunday runs were more realistic,

closer to 9 min pace and everything hurting

                  again.
