        T - 3.3 Warmup - 2x(4x400/200 w/1 min rest) with 6:30 between (1 lap walked) - 3.3 cool down

                            negative split (first 50km was 7hrs).

                            24th out of 50 finishers, ~70 starters.

                              Took a two week hiatus from 40+, after 10 or so consecutive efforts, because of a sore knee. Seems to be better. So 46 for the week with a longish run of 1:45 today on rolling terrain. Knee seems to be holding up. It's not 100% but better than a few weeks ago. Onward.
