Yowsa. Great job!
Took a two week hiatus from 40+, after 10 or so consecutive efforts, because of a sore knee. Seems to be better. So 46 for the week with a longish run of 1:45 today on rolling terrain. Knee seems to be holding up. It's not 100% but better than a few weeks ago. Onward.
