Hey Leslie.
Youngest grandson is visiting this week while DW is in Mexico on a medical mission trip. He'll keep me busy, so I'll just take this week totally off.
Have a great week.

Hi everyone,
I'm baaaaack
I've had a really difficult time doing the workout / running thing with the school/work/family/dogs/friends/chores thing. But I think I finally figured it out..... I think..... maybe.....Not that I'm running high mileage or want to at this time, but I am working out regularly.
Anyways, I do believe I'm ready to come back and post my workouts again.
How's everyone doing? Any major goals in your future?
Recap of this week:

Dutchie I go running in the early morning, before my brain figures out what I'm up to.

DUTCHE!!! I was just thinin' about you the other day, wondering what'd become of you. So happy you're back!
