It's ridiculous that they are not being televised live, but you can watch live on-line at nbcsports.msnbc.com There is someone way out in the lead Magdalena Lewy-Boulet (almost 2 minutes ahead) and Deen Kastor is barely leading the chase pack. It's all I can do to stay calm. Joan Benoit Samuelson is on 2:45 pace now---awesome! CNYrunner

Deena definately looked strong as she took over first and continued on to win. My computer chair is not near as comfortable as the couch!! At least there were no commercials.

Hey! I just realized that I'm in that NECN shot, too! I'm the head poking out from behind the woman in the blue "26.2" jacket with the red cap at about 1:40 in the video. I'm taking a picture. What? You don't recognize the back of my head? Clowning around

It looks like my masseuse, Melissa White of the Hanson's team, was running in the top 5 or 6 for much of the race up to the 20-mile mark or so (she finished 14th). Not bad for such a youngster (24). I'll be anxious to ask her about her experience next time I see her. Smile
