      Thanks Holly. I'm going to give it a shot. Hopefully my legs will feel better in a bit.

       

      MTA: 43.1 this week with a couple of good workouts. Pleased coming off Monkey.

       

      Take care of that knee Ron. You did lots over the past couple weeks.

        Thank you Holly for the accountability thread.  I should make it this week, even with a mini-vacation planned this weekend. No real training plan though with all the travel.

         

        M - 7 m. 8:37 pace. TM Rolling Hills Lvl 2. Plus Weights.

        T - Scheduled Day Off.

        W - 6.5 m. EZ pace.

        T - 15 K. 8:12 pace.

        F - Unscheduled Day Off.

        S - 10.6 m. EZ. 9:15 pace.

        S - 13 m. TM 8:05 pace.

         

        Total - 46.4 miles.

          W- 3.9 Easy

          T - 2m Warmup - 7.9k Race - 2.2 cool down. 2nd OA, 1st AG.

          S - 12.1 Long

          S - 6 easy + strides

            Consistently Slow

              Plan was for 60 miles.

              Did 28.4 Will need a pass. Swelling knee and muscle pain behind knee.

              Run until the trail runs out.
