      Low-key base week for me while I get caught up on some work and start planning my summer schedule.

                      In again. Lots of tapers and racers. Cool.

                       

                      I've started adding Insanity workouts and will reduce miles on those workout days. I hope it helps me get stronger and gain some tone.
