          Thanks Holly!  I hope all the crap you got for running that race didn't bug you too much.  You took it easy and, it's not like it was the day after...you'll be fine...I think.  i have a church meeting on my Wednesday, when I'm supposed to be running, so I'll have to switch it up somehow.  But, here’s what's for the week…

            Holly, good job on the cross training!

             

            Last week I built back up to a safe level of about 31 miles.  This week I'm back at it.

             

            Monday...........Short easy run......................................done-4.5 hilly miles

            Tuesday...run twice-steady pace a.m./workout p.m....done-8.8 miles with some tempo

            Wednesday...run twice-7 miles easy...........................done-7.1, just in the evening!

            Thursday...run twice-7 miles easy...............................done-8

            Friday........4 miles easy......studying for MPRE (test I have to retake as part of a long process to hopefully get a permanent law license here because I took it so long ago)

            Saturday....Long progression run-11 miles..................hilly run after the test-3

            Sunday.....group long run.........................................done-10 miles progression

             

            Total..........41-42 miles................................................done-41.5 miles

              I was in Los Angeles on business for most of the week,

              and it was really nice and warm there, but I only got out two times

              the rest was on hotel treadmill, at 5am
