      M - 5 m. Tired today. Maybe cut some miles and save up for a weekend LR.

      T - 3 m.  Was Scheduled Off, but woke up early and did a short jog.

      W - 10 m. Broken up into a 2m, 5K, 5K, 1.8m. Harder than GMP.

      T - 9 m.

      F - OFF.

      S - 20.1 m. LR.
