Another really nice day here. I ran 9.1 miles with some good hills this afternoon. Ufda! And yes, it seems that anytime after April I can get freckles from a sunny daytime run, even with sunscreen.

Erika - I find the sun here very strong this time of year, which can be unexpected when it is still cold. People often burn without meaning to, fooled by the cooler temps.
