How was the LA Cancer Challenge?  

 

The Norwalk Mug Run was fun..... very small race .... I managed to a 1st place AG

 

This year I'm determined to get 3 of their races run so I can get a mug!

 It was great!  I was a bumblebee.

11/10/12 - First Call Veteran's Day Marathon - Bothel, WA (barefoot)

Since they are both on Saturday too, maybe I can find follow-up fun runs on Sunday to thrash my quads again.
