    Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

      Time for some serious recovery.  The longer you're out running a marathon, the harder it is.

              Thanks Holly!  I'll need another pass for this week as I recover from our little run over the weekend.  I had put a training plan together a couple weeks ago to get ready for the Tunnel, so I'll put that down, but I won't be following it this week.
