February Masters Miles (Read 36 times)

16 here - which is a far cry from a prime number. My mileage may be low, but I am happy with my consistency.

La Tortugita,  I, too, am a fan of consistency. My goal is 30 mpw in 2016. Yikes.

16 is only ONE away from a prime number - that's not a far cry!    Congrats on getting back into running, LaT.

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

        an amazing likeness

          February -- 166 miles.

              Trails are hard!

I'll keep you company at the bottom, Denise.  53.7 mi for me.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

Took a few days off at the end of the month to rest my hip, so I didn't make my monthly goal of 100 miles. Oh well, it'll all even out in the end...
