Enke, Tet, Dive . . . since our trip to seattle is so quick, i doubt i'll do any running up there. We are only there for 2 days (sat and sun) so we'll probably just be doing a few things downtown, around the waterfront, and then the M's games. I wish I had more time so I could see you but i'm not thinking it'll work during this trip.

5 miles for my butterfly wings today with 5x800m @ 8ish pace. I was worried that I was not in my interval pace range, but twocat , being the good guy with fantastic math skills told me that I was right on my target zone, so...all is good.
Too exhausted to give more kudos.
Off to take a nap before I head back to work.
