Perch's Profile "I don't know if running adds years to your life, but it definitely adds life to your years." - Jim Fixx "The secret is to make in your mind possible what was not possible before. The secret is to make easy what was difficult, instead to make difficult what really is easy." - Coach Renato Canova

I've given up on the embarassment a long time ago.  Still remain in awe of the totals, though.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

79 for me again this month - really hoping to increase my mileage but doing a lot of swimming and biking as well

            Highlight - completed my 2nd 70.3 triathlon!!

37.1 for me, PF reared its ugly head again.

On a side note, I'm still hanging around just haven't been posting.

Still mostly two-wheeling it, but that will change in a couple months.
