and graduated from "Neophyte" to "Proficient" in the USRSA (run everyday.com)!! (8.3 miles/day avg)
also had my first 100 mile week ever!

I've given up on the embarassment a long time ago. Still remain in awe of the totals, though.
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.

managed to not get injured on the down hills.
