    Sigh, I wish my DW would let us get a couple of cats.  I miss having pets.

     

    enkephalin that is about the right area and complaint for PF.  I had the same symptoms at the end of last summer.  It turned out to be something else.  But, I would suggest you avoid all running until the pain goes completely away.  If it is PF and you run on it you may very well knock yourself out of running for a half year or more.  Whatever it is, stopping until it feels 100% will guarantee you are back in at most a couple of weeks, which is how long I ended up having to go on the DL.

     

    Today was my first non-couch potato day since the marathon.  I hit the elliptical and then the gym.  Tough workout!  It is amazing how much you lose when you do not work out for a couple of weeks.  Tomorrow I plan to run with the local Joggers Club.  It will be my first run with them this season!  Seeing as how next week is winter I guess that means it will be my last too!
