Had 49 weeks hitting 40 miles in 2014. So let's start the New Year off right... I'm in!
M - 7 m. TM Rolling Hills Program. 8:41 pace.
T - 7 m. 8:46 pace. Pain in Rt Knee - Not doing planned Hanson Strength Runs now.
W - 5 m. 8:48 pace. Plan called for OFF day, but ran 5 to get to 3000 miles for 2014.
T - 11 m. 7:48 pace. Hanson's Goal Marathon Pace run.
F - 9.8 m. EZ 9:25 pace.
S - 16 m. TM. 9:05 pace.
S - 4.2 m. .5 wu / 5K / .6 cd.
Total - 60 miles.
