    Here I thought the goal was 100 millimeters per minute.  Now tetsujin209 says it is steps per minute.  

    Yep,  no wonder I’m so slow; I’ve been basing my run - and cycle - cadences on 180 steps, and pedal strokes, per minute, not strides or rpm’s;.  However, 100mm/min’d give me close to 300 days. Maybe there’s hope after all.

      Great running and life living everyone.

      Yes, the Posie family loved hanging out with the famous tetsujin for a little bit this past weekend.

      Yes, I had a blast running 3 miles this early morning.

      Yes, I am crazy...at the last minute I decided to do my favorite marathon, the Sunflower relay/marathon this Saturday.

      Yes, I am in taper mode again!
