          T - 4 Easy on treadmill

          W- 2.3 warm up - 6x400 w/ 1 min rest (at target 10k pace, not real fast.) Hammy blew on the 6th. CRAP!

              Will need a free pass this week.  I'm racing and will rest some.  Will probably get a cortisone shot soon.

              Tuesday.....a.m. 3.4 mile group run; p.m. 6 mi. with tempo middle half..........................done-8.6

              Wednesday......group 6-mile run..................................................foot pain has returned so only 2 mi.

              Thursday....a.m. 3.4 mile group run...................................................................................done-3.4
