Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Day Plan Done
Mon 7 7 (Vacation day today. DH scrapped the plan for 11 mile day hike in mountains due to my swollen
(size of large hamburger patty) and painful bee bite. My run went alright though. I'm icing it and will elevate after
I shower. Thankfully the other three places they got me were just stings and only itch. )

Sat 10 10 (on local paved bike trail, 70F, sunny, breezy, awesome!)
Sun 12 12 trail

Don't make excuses for why you can't get it done.
Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.

Glad to see you back, Paul! Going to see my new acupuncture doctor this afternoon so hopefully he'll get rid of the heel pain I've been feeling after runs lately. It reminds me a little of when I had PF years ago and it's in the same foot, and he was able to fix the neuromas in the other foot!
